Let’s talk a bit about diagnostics!

The first port of call for us is training our motor vehicle technicians to the correct standards. Unfortunately, the best diagnostic machines out there are useless without the correct training.
All of our technicians are fully qualified and we currently have two technicians completing master tech training courses at what we believe to be the best training centre in the country, Technical Topics Bridgwater. We have another technician currently midway through the Bosch diagnostic technician course. All of our technicians receive a minimum of 8 days of technical training a year tailored to their needs.

We believe the key to success with diagnostics is through training and developing our technicians alongside access to the best diagnostic equipment.

As diagnostic equipment goes, we have some of the very best dealer diagnostics and non-dealer diagnostics tools out there.

Our dealer diagnostics tools include:

• Ford FDRS
• BMW ISTA
• Citroen, Peugeot, Vauxhall, PSA digi box
• VW Audi Skoda Seat ODIS

Our non-dealer diagnostics tools include Autologic, Autel Ultra, Bosch KTS, Snap-on Zeus Plus, Top-Don Phoenix remote and more.

We also receive dealer software updates through Osca and Top-don Diagnostics.
From AdBlue problems,dpf/catalyst problems, sensor faults, electrical faults, EV/hybrid vehicle faults to software updates we can cover all your diagnostic faults/ problems.
